Quote of the day from Liz early on our morning in Paris “What’s with the cold? This is is bullshit”
We had a very ‘tourists in Paris’ morning – a brisk early morning walk to the Eiffel Tower,
hot drinks at a cafe with cute little Eiffel Tower tables, Jess had the best hot chocolate in the world.
Crepes for breakfast, I managed to ask for lemon with the sugar crepe. Love it when the waiter listens with that”Oh bless” look on his face and answers in perfect English! Best crepes in the world.
A quick trip to Pierre Hermes for the best macarons in the world then off to the train station for our journey to St Jean Pied de Port, the gateway to Camino !
I like women who eat and drink their way through the world. It is very exciting to hear your fun experiences!
We’ve done well today too!
Easier to walk in the cool than the heat isn’t it??
Glad U are all safe & have left the dramas of Paris behind you. Travel safe.!!
