My internet is very intermittent at the moment, I am lucky to get a couple of hours a day. I don’t deal well with lack of technology and have spent some time on the phone to our communications network. The very polite young gentleman investigated and found out that we had a problem with two things – the line to our house, and general congestion in the area. He assured me the problem would be solved and went off to find out when a technician would attend the house. Much to my relief, on his return he said,”Now Patricia, I don’t want you to be worrying”  Then he continued, “I give you our commitment that your problem will be solved by the 16th February” Well thank goodness, I can stop worrying now!! NOT!!
I have tried to do a new post  which has invariably ended up in blog rage when things don’t save and I get tense. So summer being BBQ season I thought instead  I would revisit a post I wrote when travelling through France and Spain with my husband in 2013 – A French BBQ
