Like mud!
I spent a restless night our second night in Pamplona, inspecting the bathroom plumbing and listening to the relentless drip! drip! Only to find when we emerged into the plaza from our hotel at 6:00am that it was raining. By the time we extracted our rain gear from the very bottom of our back packs we were quite wet and cold, but as always the
walk warmed us up.
An hour or so into the day’s trek we hit the trails, the wet trails, the very muddy trails. So not only did we go up and down hills, we took the trail with us on our boots and pants.
Despite the wind and rain the scenery was quite spectacular
At the top of our climb there was a sculpture of the pilgrims that was quite stunning, but the cold wind and rain blowing across the hill hurried us on. Although the sign to Sidney did give us a smile.
Trish and d2 loving your blog and its bring so many memories girls you are fantastic handling the rain and the terrain , but all ways remember the cold beers at the end of the day
